Senior Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Define triggers for when practice, product, industry, regulatory, or domain expertise is required during scoping.
- Create reusable product and industry overlays containing discovery questions, scoping assumptions, required roles, risks, SOW language, and delivery dependencies.
- Translate subject-matter expertise into concise checklists, estimation factors, risk indicators, assumptions, exclusions, and readiness checkpoints.
- Own and maintain the domain pattern library and ensure its assets are current, discoverable, and practical for field use.
- Identify domain-specific effort drivers to improve estimation accuracy for data, integrations, migration, regulatory review, testing, localization, AI governance, and change management.
- Partner with global practices, delivery teams, governance, offerings, operations, sales enablement, and field advisors to validate and embed domain guidance.
- Help integrate domain logic into CoE tools, workflows, playbooks, and estimation agents.
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, enterprise architecture, solutioning, delivery leadership, or professional services.
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of how Salesforce programs vary by cloud, industry, region, regulatory environment, and customer maturity.
- Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds or enterprise platforms and with complex scopes, estimates, SOWs, or delivery plans.
- Ability to identify hidden effort drivers and delivery risks early and translate SME input into practical field guidance.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, reusable templates and checklists.
- Ability to work across global teams and matrixed organizations.
- Preferred experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Industry Clouds, multi-cloud programs, regulated industries, reusable playbooks, offshore delivery teams, or AI-enabled scoping and estimation tools.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred, especially architecture or consultant certifications.
