Base Salary
$113k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scope and implement AI agent deployments for customers and partners, with emphasis on SAP-backed processes and systems.
- Design, prototype, validate, and refine conversational solutions, prompts, workflows, guardrails, and voice output.
- Configure integrations connecting CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms, SAP CX, and SAP ERP surfaces to Parloa.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering and customer SAP teams on SAP connectivity, authentication, data access, and custom integration scenarios.
- Test agent quality, performance, integration-dependent paths, authorization failures, partial responses, latency, and transactional correctness.
- Debug and improve API contracts, token flows, request and response shaping, pagination, filtering, error handling, and timeout behavior.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, customer stakeholders, SAP teams, and SAP partners to resolve delivery blockers.
- Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of enterprise customer-facing experience with conversation design and AI agent development in implementation settings.
- Exposure to SAP AI Core, SAP Agent Builder, or similar SAP AI extensions.
- Experience with conversational AI, contact center, or CX technology in an SAP context.
- Live enterprise SAP integration experience across SAP BTP, S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, CRM, or adjacent SAP CX landscapes.
- Understanding of OData v2/v4, REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SAP IAS, and XSUAA authentication and data-access patterns.
- Strong prompt engineering and LLM workflow design skills for reliable enterprise agent behavior.
- Proficiency with JSON, XML, API testing tools such as Postman, and enterprise API documentation.
- Strong analytical communication, stakeholder coordination, and milestone discipline.
- Experience with SAP system integrators or delivery or presales-adjacent engineering roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, TypeScript/Node.js, Git-based collaboration, and CI/CD is preferred.
