Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ, and VSAM.
- Use Netron Frame technology in Mainframe application development and support.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within enterprise operational workflows and ticketing systems.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex application and integration issues.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimize Mainframe applications and database queries.
- Develop technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and recommend implementation or change options aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Mainframe application development, support, and maintenance.
- Proficiency with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DC/DB, MQ, VSAM, and Netron Frame Technology.
- Experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Service Manager and their operational workflows.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, version control systems, and software development tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
