- Maintain application uptime and performance while overseeing daily operational activities, enhancements, defects, and continuous improvement.
- Perform SRE and DevOps production support, including incident, change, problem, and CAPA management.
- Modify and troubleshoot application code and support system integrations across cloud and platform environments.
- Build automation and scripting solutions and integrate them into the development lifecycle.
- Operate and troubleshoot AWS, Kubernetes, container, CI/CD, and monitoring environments.
- Resolve L2 production issues, user-access problems, and report-related fixes.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, vendors, and service-management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in the software development lifecycle or Agile methodologies.
- Strong experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or production support roles.
- Understanding of reliability engineering principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD, automation, scripting, monitoring, and production support.
- Experience with ITIL service, incident, change, problem, and CAPA management.
- Knowledge of system integration, infrastructure troubleshooting, SQL databases, code quality, and application support.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira, plus vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, teamwork, self-management, and problem-solving abilities.
