Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core automation framework for various testing types.
- Define standards for reusable test assets and environment usage.
- Create scalable approaches to testing complex workflows.
- Build and maintain regression harnesses for AI-enabled features.
- Partner with AI quality analysts for rubric-based testing.
- Define approaches for test data and improve validation environments.
- Work closely with software engineers to enhance testability and CI/CD integration.
- Help teams move quality checks earlier in the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in QA automation or quality engineering roles.
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks and API testing.
- Proficient in scripting or coding.
- Experience with data-intensive or workflow-heavy applications.
- Exposure to AI validation tooling or strong interest in the field.
- Ability to design frameworks and set standards for others.
- Commitment to balancing sophistication with delivery pace.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
