Base Salary
$190k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex systems and features.
- Decompose ambiguous problems into concrete work.
- Understand data relationships and how they propagate through the system.
- Own production operation and monitoring of the systems you build.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data Analytics, and others.
- Develop the pod and improve the system through mentorship.
- Work in the technology stack including TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance your work.
Requirements
- 6 - 8+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
- Significant experience building and operating production systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to welcome diverse opinions and seek input.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Pragmatic judgment about using AI and new tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- A love for dogs.
