Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for large or complex projects.
- Design, develop, deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot software or infrastructure solutions.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process.
- Provide advanced technical expertise and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Development & Engineering and Architecture teams to develop technical solutions.
- Provide leadership for the work group and establish appropriate delivery expectations, structures, tools, and responsibilities.
- Drive consistency in processes, procedures, standards, and technical design.
- Handle business and user requirements and provide comprehensive technical advice.
Requirements
- Advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of one or more of C#, Java, or Python.
- More than 10 years of applied experience.
- Significant experience in an internal or external software or platform engineering role, or similar.
- Experience delivering software or platform engineering solutions and handling user requirements.
- Experience with code management, configuration management, and automation tools such as GitHub and ADO.
- Proficiency fine-tuning language models for text generation, summarization, or question answering.
- Knowledge of embedding models for similarity matching, clustering, and information retrieval.
- Familiarity with designing and implementing agentic systems that combine AI models with external tools or environments.
- Ability to design AI model and agent evaluation frameworks, including metrics, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Microsoft, Google, or AWS certifications are preferred.
- Significant proven experience building applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
