Responsibilities
- Standardize, implement, and maintain the enterprise DevOps toolchain.
- Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and blue-green and canary deployment workflows.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled DevOps and engineering practices to improve developer productivity, delivery speed, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Integrate deployment frameworks across workstreams while maintaining standardized processes and best practices.
- Support production and development environments across integrated systems.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training on DevOps tools and practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and requirements for DevOps technologies.
- Measure and improve developer productivity and experience through data-driven insights, tooling enhancements, and streamlined workflows.
- Administer Artifactory for artifact repository management, package lifecycle governance, dependency management, and CI/CD integrations.
Requirements
- 9+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, and Jenkins.
- 5+ years of experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with code quality, security, and compliance tools.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering and managing Artifactory.
- Experience with AI-powered developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and ITIL frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent required; master’s degree preferred.
