Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with founders and GTM leaders to define the product roadmap.
- Lead design and development of full-stack product features for mobile and web apps.
- Balance speed, scope, and maintainability for immediate and long-term impact.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
- Collaborate with design talent to implement valuable user experiences.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in startups.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful features across the stack.
- Passionate about technology and creating elegant user experiences.
- Strong technical judgment regarding optimization and refactoring.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Excited about the sports betting space and its future.
- Experience with React Native mobile apps preferred.
- Bonus: experience in building marketplaces, fintech, or consumer-facing products.
