Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, document, develop, configure, maintain, and upgrade software products and IT solutions.
  • Develop complex execution strategies and recommend solutions based on client and partner requirements.
  • Write code, automate processes, run tests, and apply development, data, and security best practices.
  • Create procedures, guidelines, development methods, and training documentation.
  • Collaborate with business partners and architects to standardize solutions.
  • Identify system optimization opportunities and assess their potential impacts.
  • Analyze, diagnose, follow up on, and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents.
  • Lead software package installations, testing, and in-house application deployments.
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate work while serving as a systems specialist for teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least six years of relevant experience.
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
  • Ability to analyze and solve highly complex problems and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
