Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, design, document, configure, maintain, and upgrade complex software products and business solutions.
- Automate and run tests while applying development, data, and security best practices.
- Develop execution strategies, procedures, guidelines, development methods, and training documentation.
- Collaborate with business partners and architects to standardize solutions.
- Identify system optimization opportunities and assess their potential impacts.
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on, and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents.
- Lead software package installations, testing, and in-house application deployments.
- Serve as a systems specialist and lead for the team, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience.
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- In-depth and extensive knowledge of the relevant line of work and ability to solve highly complex problems.
