Responsibilities
- Develop code using Java, Spring, and SQL technologies.
- Solve technical problems using current technologies and best practices.
- Propose multiple solutions and explain the advantages of the preferred approach.
- Contribute technical expertise across projects as required.
- Conduct research and implement proofs of concept as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java/J2EE development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8 or 11, Spring Boot, JSP, JavaScript, Kafka, and Oracle.
- Proficiency in unit testing with Mockito and JUnit, test coverage, and code quality practices.
- Proficiency with Maven and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Kafka and AEM is preferred.
- Experience with Git, SVN, or another distributed version control system.
- Deep understanding of Java, design concepts, patterns, and coding standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Ability to identify problems, provide creative solutions, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team.
