Base Salary

$145k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on customer-site implementation, usage support, and further development of ION.
Collaborate with customers to understand problems and develop tailored strategies and solutions, including custom web applications and large-scale data workflows.
Own end-to-end development and delivery of customer solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack.
Work in small teams to execute high-stakes projects from start to finish.
Improve the product based on customer feedback and requirements.

Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
Experience shipping production-quality code.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across customer and internal stakeholder groups.
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals in dynamic environments.
Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites as needed.
Preferred: experience in manufacturing, product management, or lead engineering; experience with Python and/or React with TypeScript; and experience or curiosity working with large-scale data.
