Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, upgrade, migrate, patch, and tune UiPath Automation Cloud and hybrid/on-premises platforms.
- Manage UiPath Orchestrator, Maestro, Test Suite, Automation Hub, Insights, and Agentic AI integrations.
- Conduct platform readiness assessments, capacity planning, and infrastructure provisioning for new workloads.
- Design and operate cloud-ready and hybrid architectures with high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and SLA-backed monitoring.
- Operate containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes where applicable.
- Build observability dashboards with Grafana, Splunk, and ELK for uptime and performance.
- Serve as a Tier-3 escalation point, manage incidents, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Enforce platform hardening, encryption, least-privilege access, logging, identity protection, vulnerability remediation, and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Automation Cloud and Orchestrator.
- Expertise with Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with server management and reliability engineering.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET, Python, and SQL for troubleshooting.
- Strong incident-management and cross-team collaboration skills.
