Responsibilities
- Design and deploy features for the Seller Center to improve the online retail experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to create effective solutions.
- Use the SCAYLE platform to manage product and order information.
- Optimize application performance through SQL query improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for users.
- Explore AI-supported features to streamline workflow processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Django 5.x, Tailwind, HTMX, or other lightweight JavaScript frameworks, or willingness to learn them.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or equivalent data storage.
- Strong focus on writing structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience working in an English-speaking environment.
- Fluent German comprehension at the C1 level; spoken German is a plus but not required.
- Excellent Python coding skills and extensive Django knowledge are preferred.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is preferred.
- Open-source contributions are a plus.
- Experience with greenfield projects or startup environments is a plus.
