Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, Regulated Industries
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Architect technology solutions on the Salesforce Platform in partnership with clients, Delivery Managers, and Solution Architects.
- Lead Salesforce Core projects and advise on application, data, integration, security, and enterprise architecture.
- Identify and manage risks, resolve complex customer and partner issues, and keep programs on track.
- Guide customers and colleagues in adopting emerging technologies and communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Lead strategic initiatives that grow the consulting practice and contribute to its knowledge base.
- Manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions, and articulate program and project strategies.
- Contribute to technical team leadership, mentoring, executive relationships, and talent development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading Salesforce Core projects.
- Strong application design skills and strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, listening, problem-solving, and business-process optimization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
- Application design and development experience and a strong enterprise architecture background are preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers is preferred.
- Experience leading technical teams or workstreams and defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is preferred.
