Base Salary
$126k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship shared AI infrastructure and frameworks for Applied's products.
- Partner with product teams to identify and implement high-leverage AI use cases.
- Serve as a GenAI/LLM expert, establishing best practices for architecture and deployment.
- Build and ship agentic systems like background coding agents and AI SRE tooling.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML-powered features.
- Hands-on proficiency with LLMs and agentic architectures.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on production-quality code.
- Comfortable working across the stack, from backend to frontend.
- Collaborative mindset with a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
