Base Salary
$155k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects from ideation to deployment.
- Design and build reliable technical features using Node.js, React, Mongo, Python, and GCP.
- Drive the technical vision and influence product strategy.
- Monitor and maintain product performance in a high user volume environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and assist in team scaling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Core competency in Javascript, Typescript, or Python.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Strong understanding of business context and technical outcomes.
- Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
