Base Salary
$65k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand user requirements and design and develop Appian solutions to meet them.
- Deliver complex Appian development assignments efficiently and comprehensively.
- Improve the quality, speed, and productivity of Appian development work.
- Support Foreign Military Sales-related client work.
- Present work and information to product owners and other stakeholders.
- Follow supervisor and client direction and complete assignments diligently.
- Apply project methodologies, processes, protocols, and deployment practices.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of software development experience, preferably with Appian exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science.
- Ability to understand user requirements and develop basic and complex Appian solutions.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team.
- Ability to present to product owners and other stakeholders.
- US citizenship is required.
- Familiarity with SQL including basic DDL, DML, CRUD, and select operations.
- Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL as applicable to the project.
- Ability to map database changes to Appian CDT through XSD.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Appian Level 1 certification is preferred or expected within the first month; Agile certification is also noted.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle, deployment processes, project procedures, and team protocols.
