Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate reliable, scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems and platform services.
- Build infrastructure capabilities, resource-management services, and workload-orchestration solutions that improve efficiency, utilization, availability, and performance.
- Develop features for capacity management, service scalability, policy-driven decision-making, workload placement, prioritization, and operational flexibility.
- Define technical requirements, influence architecture decisions, and collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop, test, and maintain C# control-plane services hosted on Kubernetes and AKS clusters.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, implement sustainable service-health improvements, and provide DRI/on-call support.
- Contribute to design reviews, code-quality initiatives, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred: master's degree and 3+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and practical familiarity with common code design patterns.
- Preferred 2+ years of service development in distributed environments, including DevOps work, concurrency management, and stateful resource management.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud services at the IaaS level.

- The role may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The U.S. typical base pay range is $102,100-$202,200 per year, with a separate range of $133,800-$219,200 per year for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
