Base Salary
$135k - $216k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and leadership to an enterprise application development team.
- Lead application architecture, design, development, unit testing, implementation, and production support.
- Develop Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Informatica, and JBoss solutions.
- Develop and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
- Design, deploy, and support containerized services using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Review technical designs and code for quality, scalability, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and technical issues.
- Collaborate with business, technical, architecture, and project teams.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent with 12+ years of experience.
- At least 8 years of application development experience, including leading technical development teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, AWS services, and Informatica.
- Experience with AWS EC2, S3, SDS, DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda, and AWS CLI.
- Experience developing and supporting containerized services with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Experience serving as a Technical Lead and/or Architect.
- Experience with application design, development, unit testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience with front-end and back-end development, Java/JBoss, full-stack enterprise development, Agile environments, and cross-functional technical collaboration.

- Base salary range of $135,000 to $216,000; employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus.
