Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions with clients.
- Translate client requirements into scalable, production-ready AI-enabled architectures and solutions.
- Design and deliver Bureau Composer implementations, including real-time decisioning workflows and standard or custom solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and AI solution workshops for executive and technical audiences.
- Guide production deployment, system integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions.
- Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and support revenue growth.
- Help establish security, compliance, and data governance frameworks.
- Build reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or client-facing Systems Architecture.
- Practical experience applying LLMs or ML models in production use cases and building AI-driven workflows, automation, or decisioning solutions.
- Experience integrating AI into APIs, applications, or enterprise systems, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing API-first, microservices-based, cloud-native architectures and real-time or event-driven systems.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Python or SQL, data pipelines, ETL, data integration, and distributed systems.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of credit risk decisioning, fraud and identity decisioning, bureau data, or risk analytics is preferred.
- Working knowledge of IAM, data protection, compliance frameworks, and security practices.
- Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements and translating requirements into scalable solutions.
