Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered features and services using LLMs.
- Develop and maintain backend components in Java and/or Python.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model outputs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications.
- Stay current with emerging LLM tooling, frameworks, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including integration, evaluation, or architecture.
- Practical experience with prompt engineering.
- Understanding of API design and backend service development.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases and embeddings, cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock, or MLOps/LLMOps is preferred.
Benefits
- Hybrid position in Buenos Aires with 2–3 days per week onsite and the remaining days remote.
- Working hours are 10:00 AM–6:00/7:00 PM ART.
