Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise and cloud-native architectures across Java backend services and Angular frontend applications.
- Build distributed, resilient, fault-tolerant microservices using Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Project Reactor, concurrency utilities, and asynchronous processing.
- Lead frontend architecture using Angular, state-management frameworks, modular design, lazy loading, accessibility, internationalization, and performance optimization.
- Design relational schemas, optimize SQL and indexing, implement persistence with Spring Data and Hibernate, and perform application and database performance tuning.
- Lead and mentor a global team of full-stack engineers, conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, and establish engineering standards.
- Define design patterns, security practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 3+ years operating in an explicit Technical Architect or Principal Engineer capacity.
- Deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring WebFlux, Reactive Streams, and Java multithreading.
- Expert-level experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive UI development.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases including PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, plus Redis and Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design, Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, CI/CD automation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with retail order management, resilient distributed server applications, Unix environments, and technical team leadership.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and team-building skills.
