Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight.
- Operate effectively within Truework's technology stack throughout the product life cycle.
- Take ownership of project outcomes and be accountable for achieving them.
- Collaborate with Engineering and other functions to deliver products and features.
- Engage with the hybrid team and participate in the engineering on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant coding experience.
- Professional experience developing substantial Python applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High agency and proactivity with project leadership experience.
- Eagerness to work in a collaborative environment.
- US work authorization; visa transfers supported but no new visa sponsorship.
