Base Salary
$148k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales meetings, project scoping, solution selection, work planning, proposals, timelines, resource plans, level-of-effort estimates, and fee estimates.
- Lead OneStream CPM implementation methodologies, workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and delivery across client projects.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable OneStream functionality and technical designs for client executives and stakeholders.
- Deliver software selection, implementation, optimization, assessment, integration, and technical support engagements.
- Identify project risks and provide advisory support beyond the core OneStream scope.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, process documentation, best-practice playbooks, training materials, and engagement templates.
- Mentor and educate client personnel and consulting team members, and guide the development of team members.
- Contribute to OneStream practice development, business development, sales, quality assurance, and client relationship growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
- 10+ years of CPM implementation experience, including at least 6 years of OneStream-specific experience.
- OneStream Certified Professional – Lead Architect Certification and other OneStream certifications.
- Ability to architect OneStream solutions by translating business requirements into solution designs.
- Deep technical and functional experience implementing OneStream, including OneStream Marketplace solutions.
- Experience with VB.NET or Visual Basic, business rule writing, and C# development.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, consolidation, FP&A, accounting processes, financial statements, and reporting dimensionality.
- Experience leading customer workshops, requirements and design sessions, project estimation, and team structure definition.
- Strong technical writing, communication, prioritization, client relationship, mentoring, and team leadership abilities.
- Machine learning, predictive analysis, and Sensible AI Forecasting project experience are preferred.
- Relationships within the OneStream ecosystem and willingness to travel as needed are preferred.
