Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle SCM modules, particularly Order Management, Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement.
- Configure Order Management processes including sales order creation, pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment.
- Design service logistics and internal and external order orchestration processes using Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Integrate Order Management and other Oracle SCM modules with upstream, downstream, Finance, Manufacturing, and Service systems.
- Oversee inventory setup, warehouse management, item creation, transaction flows, traceability, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
- Configure Oracle Install Base for asset lifecycle tracking and integration with service, sales, and procurement processes.
- Design procurement processes covering requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and contract management.
- Deliver reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FAW.
- Advise clients on future-state operating models, Oracle Fusion best practices, process optimization, and new feature adoption.
- Create configuration guides, process flows, and test scripts, and perform or oversee UAT and regression testing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement.
- 20 years of experience in the supply chain domain across multiple industries.
- 12+ years of experience delivering complex Oracle Supply Chain implementations and business transformation programs.
- 5+ years leading solution deployments as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Program Solution Lead for Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
- Proven experience designing and delivering Oracle Fusion SCM solutions in global, multi-organization manufacturing environments involving Service Logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM configuration, integration, customization, Order Management pricing, fulfillment, orchestration, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement, supplier collaboration, requisitioning, and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate cost structures and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and distributed teams, including vendor resources.
- Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Self-motivated, directed, thorough, and able to manage complex enterprise supply chain requirements.
