Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture sessions, whiteboarding, and future-state design workshops with enterprise customers.
- Design scalable, secure architectures using DigiCert products and platforms.
- Address complex integration, automation, compliance, trust, and certificate-lifecycle challenges.
- Validate system designs for performance, resilience, and security best practices.
- Engage senior cybersecurity stakeholders and represent DigiCert in high-value opportunities.
- Support executive-level security, trust, and risk discussions with prospects and customers.
- Align DigiCert solutions with strategic partner capabilities and service offerings, including integrations with Thales, F5, and NetScaler.
- Translate customer architecture requirements into product feedback and partner with Product Management on roadmap decisions.
- Identify recurring architectural gaps and propose solution or product enhancements.
- Evaluate AI applications for trust, security automation, and operational workflows, while guiding responsible and secure adoption.
- Create reusable AI-assisted reference architectures, design templates, and technical content for Solutions Engineers and Account Executives.
- Support complex or high-risk opportunities, innovation initiatives, and executive cybersecurity engagements without owning routine demos or standard proofs of concept.
Requirements
- Deep experience in cybersecurity, digital trust, PKI, identity, and secure architectures.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, automation, and cloud or hybrid environments.
- Proven ability to communicate complex designs to executive and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency, insight, and solution quality.
- Ability to influence collaboratively across organizational boundaries and with customers, partners, Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
