Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable software components across backend services, integrations, and user-facing applications.
- Work flexibly across codebases, frameworks, and technical domains based on business priorities.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code using .NET/C# and Python, with contributions to React Native mobile codebases as needed.
- Participate in solution design, build prototypes and proof-of-concepts, and integrate applications with Azure services and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX, delivery teams, and global engineering teams.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and a collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on coding ability in .NET/C# and Python.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application design, preferably with Azure.
- Ability to work across different codebases and technologies rather than specializing narrowly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Mobile development experience, particularly React Native, is a plus.
- Exposure to SAP Sales/Service Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS FSM, or SAP FSM is a plus.
