Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable Spring Boot microservices and Java-based commerce architectures for high-volume enterprise transactions.
- Guide end-to-end solution design across backend services and frontend integrations.
- Define standards for microservice decomposition, service contracts, data flows, and enterprise architecture.
- Review application designs and code for architectural, security, and technology-strategy alignment.
- Translate commerce requirements into technical architectures that improve throughput and customer experience.
- Drive coding patterns, testing strategies, observability, deployment, and operational practices.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and reference implementations across engineering teams.
- Analyze performance and reliability metrics, document architectural decisions, and support root-cause investigations.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise designing and implementing Spring Boot microservices for high-volume enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java-based full stack engineering for commerce platforms and modern web application technologies.
- Extensive experience with API design, data modeling, and highly scalable distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, build tools, version control systems, and software delivery practices.
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning, caching, asynchronous processing, and application scalability.
- Understanding of security, authentication, authorization, and data protection for customer-facing applications.
- Experience with containerized deployments and cloud-ready architectures.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise architecture governance, technical team leadership, observability and monitoring, operational excellence, business-requirements translation, and modern Java ecosystem evaluation.
