Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, code, and deploy APIs, integrations, data pipelines, orchestrated services, and enterprise business services.
- Provide solutions based on end-to-end business process flows.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in a cross-functional team.
- Integrate customer-facing platform services with internal systems.
- Resolve postproduction system issues and support live environments.
- Monitor production systems and respond to operational issues.
- Develop testable and maintainable software and contribute to team development in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.
- 8+ years of IT software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing cloud platform integrations.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing services in modern object-oriented languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or .NET.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Angular or React.
- 3+ years of experience developing enterprise application services with platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle ERP, or Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the development lifecycle.
- A demonstrated track record of building testable and maintainable code and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience with complex application implementations involving order-to-cash, record-to-report, hire-to-retire, or procure-to-pay processes.
- Preferred familiarity with orders, customer master data, products, price books, invoices, and SaaS subscriptions.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Linux, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and GitHub.
- Preferred familiarity with Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD SDLC processes, and agentic AI frameworks, preferably Claude Code.
