Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and deliver complex customer implementations while managing timelines, blockers, escalations, and launch readiness.
- Debug complex integrations and design robust custom solutions for client-specific technical constraints.
- Lead customer technical discovery sessions, translate ambiguous requirements into scoped stories, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Influence architectural decisions, process improvements, feature prioritization, and product roadmap feedback.
- Write and debug production and integration code and internal tooling using Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Create delivery playbooks, onboarding processes, and internal training while mentoring junior Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 6-8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
- Deep expertise across multiple product domains, with the ability to debug complex integrations and build custom solutions.
- Coding competency in SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
- Strong communication skills for leading discovery sessions, presenting technical tradeoffs, and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers, creating documentation and playbooks, and improving internal processes and knowledge sharing.
- Cross-functional coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple customer timelines concurrently.
