Responsibilities
- Define technical solutions through research and team investigation in alignment with CTO-directed vision.
- Design and construct full-stack software, including code structure, deployment architecture, automated testing, and third-party integrations.
- Guide proofs of concept into production and mentor team members on technologies and practices.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams on solution design, roadmaps, and delivery within agreed budgets.
- Migrate polyglot solutions toward standardized Rust and TypeScript and more portable deployment architectures.
- Share technical learning across the organization and help develop secure enterprise software and deployment architectures using LLM-assisted development.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a software developer or engineer, including enterprise-level complexity.
- High proficiency in at least one enterprise-quality programming language and ecosystem, such as C#/.NET or Java/Spring.
- Experience with a lower-level application or systems language such as Rust or C++.
- Experience with TypeScript and React or similar front-end frameworks, plus strong web application development knowledge.
- Hands-on experience deploying to Azure and/or AWS, building CI/CD pipelines, and using infrastructure scripting frameworks such as Terraform.
- Demonstrable experience designing and constructing distributed and asynchronous architectures, including microservices and messaging systems.
- Experience using LLMs in place of hand-coding and explaining their impact on delivery speed and system safety.
- Ability to produce clear and concise design documents with the help of LLMs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating requirements into technical tasks.
