Responsibilities
- Build, evaluate, monitor, and support retraining of production machine learning models for classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, clustering, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Perform feature engineering, experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, model validation, explainability, and A/B testing.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and agentic workflows.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, evaluation frameworks, structured outputs, and guardrails.
- Design and develop production-grade AI services, REST APIs, SDKs, reusable components, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Deploy scalable, cloud-native AI applications using AWS services, Docker, and EKS.
- Use Git and collaborative development practices including code reviews, branching strategies, and release management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles.
- Strong Python programming experience for production-grade AI and machine learning applications, including APIs, automation frameworks, and reusable services.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills with experience processing large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and explainable AI.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost.
- Practical NLP and deep learning experience using TensorFlow or PyTorch, including transformers, embeddings, semantic search, summarization, information extraction, and conversational AI.
- Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and with RESTful APIs, microservices, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Working knowledge of AWS services including Amazon EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway, plus Docker containerization.
- Preferred experience includes Apache Spark, CrewAI or similar multi-agent frameworks, OpenSearch or pgvector, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
