Responsibilities
- Replace legacy Python/Ansible with a centralized orchestration platform.
- Engineer execution patterns with retries, idempotency, and safe rollbacks.
- Implement safe rollouts using segmentation and automated health checks.
- Add observability and auditability, participating in on-call rotation.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities to enhance operational outcomes.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend/systems languages like Go, Java, C++, or Rust.
- Deep experience in designing and operating distributed systems.
- Proven track record of building automation using REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.
