Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop clean, maintainable code for microservices-based systems.
- Test code, fix bugs, and support reliable software delivery.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery practices.
- Support application deployment and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend service development.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, data structures, and algorithms skills.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include end-to-end project delivery in complex environments, enterprise application development, Kafka, HDFS, Hibernate, telecom experience, and work with globally distributed teams.
