Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and help improve their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency.
- Apply database design, management, performance tuning, and SQL query optimization practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server is required.
- Strong understanding of database design and management.
- Experience with SQL query performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- ASP.NET MVC experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
