Responsibilities
- Engage with Chief Technical Officers and engineering leads to share technology roadmaps and define solution strategies.
- Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives with users on the value Stripe can provide.
- Advocate for customers internally to ensure their needs are represented in product engineering.
- Create technical content such as reference architectures and demos for users.
- Speak as a thought leader at industry conferences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or related roles.
- At least 4 years in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
- Strong technical knowledge in software architecture and technology stacks.
- Ability to write code and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with large enterprise customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
