Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive target-state architecture for integrating Specialty Cyber products into the Specialty Insurance domain model.
- Establish target states for existing Specialty Cyber assets, including Digital integration, the policyholder portal, and Risk Services.
- Partner with the Specialty Cyber Technology Lead to re-architect the Scan platform for Specialty Insurance integration and performance.
- Guide Cyber product integration and migration into the Guidewire-based Strategic Platform, including Crowbar migration and next-generation risk-signal integration.
- Align Technology, Business, and Executive stakeholders around architecture priorities and Specialty Insurance Cyber strategic goals.
- Drive adoption and scaling of Specialty Cyber components and data flows within the Strategic Platform paradigm.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- At least six additional years of architecture or software engineering experience.
- The ideal candidate has eight years of architecture experience and strong architecture and recent hands-on engineering experience.
- Experience architecting large-scale technology initiatives.
- Advanced leadership, influence, collaboration, communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Extensive experience with an agile operational model and transformational change.
- Ability to adjust plans, priorities, and strategies as circumstances change.
- Insurance technology experience and strong knowledge of the insurance industry are preferred.
- Understanding of value creation and business capability models.
- Experience identifying and analyzing current and future problems and opportunities, evaluating root causes, and developing alternative solutions.
