Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, configuration, support, and enhancement of Oracle Argus applications.
- Coordinate and manage teams, including work allocation, release planning and execution, and team decisions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues by querying databases, investigating problems, and generating reports.
- Work with business users and vendors on application support, enhancements, and integration changes.
- Understand and support end-to-end case-processing workflows and configurations for local and global markets.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience is required.
- Six or more years of experience in Oracle Argus or Aris Global LSMV is specified as a preferred qualification.
- Proficiency in Oracle Argus is required.
- Experience leading and managing teams, including release planning, application support, and work allocation.
- Technical expertise in databases, configurations, database models, integrations, and PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Ability to work directly with business users and coordinate with vendors.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
