Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
- Design solutions for new banking functionalities and digital services.
- Write Gherkin/BDD scenarios and prepare TDD-style specifications.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical assignments in Jira.
- Model processes, data structures, and integration scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners throughout implementation.
- Help maintain design quality and solution consistency.
Requirements
- Experience as an IT analyst, solution designer, or software engineer.
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and software development processes.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured technical designs.
- Ability to write clear scenarios and specifications for development.
- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and iterative software development.
