Senior Software Engineer (Java) - Customer Lifecycle Management team
SentinelOneResponsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to define system requirements and align platform solutions with business goals.
- Lead high-priority platform projects and epics through execution and delivery.
- Own feature development from requirements refinement through production deployment.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable backend infrastructure and APIs for internal developer teams and customers.
- Develop customer lifecycle, enterprise fleet, licensing, trial and demo account, tenant, organization, and feature flag management systems.
- Design and optimize cloud-based, multi-tenant systems for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and promote high-quality engineering practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in a rotating on-call duty.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and rebuild or modernize existing systems where needed.
Requirements
- Several years of experience designing services and developing features with Java.
- Experience designing and architecting large, scalable cloud-based applications.
- Experience developing on public cloud infrastructure such as AWS and/or GCP.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with the Spring framework family, Gradle, jOOQ, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Prometheus, and Grafana is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale management systems and optimizing scalability and performance is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, problem-solving, and project-leadership skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
