Base Salary
$100k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive complex deployments and integration of Splunk for customers.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Share best practices and create innovative solutions to enhance user adoption.
- Enable customers to solve their own questions independently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.
- Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and relate it to customer business.
- Understanding of common enterprise applications, especially in security and finance.
- Experience with Unix and Windows operating systems, comfortable with command line.
- Knowledge of scripting languages, application development, databases, and analytical tools.
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong speaking and customer interaction skills.
- Statistical and analytical modeling experience is a plus.
- Candidates must be located in the United States.
