Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive architecture and technical direction for the Agent Connectivity Platform.
- Design, build, operate, and improve platform services for connectors, connection management, authentication, authorization, and agent access.
- Own delivery from requirements and design through implementation, testing, rollout, and production operations.
- Partner across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to define scenarios, resolve dependencies, and deliver shared platform capabilities.
- Write production-quality code, conduct design and code reviews, and provide hands-on technical mentorship.
- Apply AI tools to software implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and operations while maintaining quality and security.
- Use prototypes, experiments, success metrics, and production telemetry to validate designs and guide releases.
- Build security, compliance, tenant isolation, and governance into platform architecture and connection lifecycles.
- Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident diagnosis and mitigation, and prevent recurrence.
- Improve platform availability, reliability, performance, observability, and cost efficiency.
- Define evaluation strategy and infrastructure for agentic systems, including benchmarks, automated quality measurement, regression detection, and release criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: master's degree and 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor's degree and 12+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID, delegated and application permissions, and credential lifecycle management.
- Experience building agent-facing tools or services, including familiarity with Model Context Protocol or related interoperability patterns.
- Experience designing and operating multi-tenant services with enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of professional experience using generative AI to accelerate software development, improve operations, and assess customer satisfaction.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $142,800-$274,800 per year; a separate range applies to the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
