Base Salary
$143k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and ML framework capabilities aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Perform full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Conduct system design reviews and apply architectural best practices and software design patterns.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components using multiple programming languages.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote standardization and long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.
- Drive code quality, innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus four years of software engineering or related experience, or six years of such experience.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
- Strong full-lifecycle software development skills, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience with platform engineering, infrastructure tooling, and AI/ML integration.
- Experience or proficiency with JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++.
- Ability to conduct system design reviews and apply secure, maintainable, and modular software design patterns.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, debugging, and requirements analysis.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a related field plus two years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
