Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation using infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices.
- Develop predictive automation using monitoring and observability tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Travis CI, and ArgoCD.
- Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Pulumi, and Crossplane.
- Deploy and monitor applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Set up automated monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, and related tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve uptime, performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Implement security best practices, support compliance standards, participate in code reviews, and contribute to DevOps strategy.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and operations teams; mentor junior developers and improve development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with cloud automation and DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, configuration management, cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure, networking, storage, databases, Linux administration, Bash scripting, and Windows Server.
- Knowledge of security practices including IAM, secrets management, SSH, encryption, vulnerability scanning, and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, collaboration skills, and willingness to learn new tools and cloud services.
- Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies and flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
