Responsibilities
- Define cross-cutting architectural patterns and standards across Keyloop’s platform.
- Lead architecture initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and data.
- Research emerging technologies and make strategic build, buy, and adoption recommendations.
- Own standards for multi-tenancy, data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, observability, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Champion developer experience and engineering productivity as platform-level outcomes.
- Influence product and engineering strategy at senior leadership level.
- Coach and develop Architects and Senior Architects.
- Contribute to ROI analysis for major technical investments.
- Define platform strategy for agent orchestration and reusable AI infrastructure.
- Set AI safety, ethics, and compliance standards and translate the AI landscape into architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a senior architecture role.
- Track record of leading enterprise-scale architecture transformation.
- Experience with large-scale SaaS or multi-tenant platform architecture.
- Mastery of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and platform engineering.
- Deep understanding of observability, reliability engineering, and cost optimization.
- Strong data architecture experience building scalable, reliable, and analytically capable systems.
- Executive-level communication and the ability to influence without authority while balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery.
- Production experience with microservices, event-driven, or SOA architectures is nice to have.
- Exposure to automotive retail, DMS, or enterprise SaaS domains is nice to have.
- Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or GCP Professional Architect are nice to have.
