Responsibilities
- Analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into basic and detailed technical designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, research, development, prototyping, and proof-of-concept work for systems, solutions, and processes.
- Create functional, system, technical design, requirements, and specification documentation.
- Develop, customize, enhance, fix, and maintain code, applications, systems, SAP BTP extensions, and SAP integrations.
- Build and maintain ABAP on HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and SAP S/4HANA-related solutions.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP applications using RFCs, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, OData, REST, SOAP, web services, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Perform code optimization, performance tuning, runtime analysis, monitoring, debugging, coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Transform business function requirements into technical program specifications for coding, testing, and debugging.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA, including HANA architecture, deployment options, and in-memory concepts.
- Proficiency with SAP ABAP Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow, Web Dynpro, CDS, AMDP, and ABAP Development Tools.
- Extensive experience with code optimization, performance tuning, and runtime analysis.
- Experience developing SAP Fiori applications with OData and UI5, including customizing standard Fiori tiles and enhancing functionality.
- Proficiency with the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model within SAP Business Technology Platform and expertise in side-by-side extensibility with BTP.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications using RFCs, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, OData, REST, SOAP, and web services.
- Experience developing and maintaining SAP BTP extensions and add-ons for SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of CI/CPI services, BTP SCI application-to-application and business-to-business scenarios, SCI monitoring and debugging, complex Iflows, SAP Cloud Foundry, API management, and BTP landscape design.
- Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, ABAP object-oriented programming, OSS notes, EXITS, BADIs, and newer SAP enhancement framework techniques.
- Experience building data models in SAP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical programming, written communication, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
