Base Salary
$145k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and integration frameworks.
- Lead architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Architect Financial Services Cloud solutions involving Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships, Referrals, and Client Profiles.
- Design OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Define enterprise integration patterns using REST APIs, MuleSoft, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture.
- Establish security, governance, DevOps, and release management best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and engage with business stakeholders.
- Support application monitoring, troubleshooting, and Copado deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years of Salesforce experience and 3+ years of FSC/OmniStudio architecture experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flow.
- Experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration patterns.
- Experience with GitHub, Copado, Jira, Confluence, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Banking-domain experience is required or strongly relevant, with wealth-management experience preferred.
- Experience leading teams and providing solutions, with hands-on experience preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant, Salesforce FSC Accredited Professional, Salesforce Integration Architect, and MuleSoft Developer or Architect.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
