Responsibilities
- Interface with end-users and IT teams to gather systems requirements for integrations.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new ITOM modules.
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST/SOAP.
- Guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing of service maps and event management work.
- Maintain operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow in ITOM (CMDB/Discovery/Mid Services).
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using mid servers and cloud.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.
- A four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
